Refund Policy
Our refund policy:
- Digital products: Refund within 7 days if defective
- Physical products: Return within 14 days
- Subscription plans: Prorated refund for unused period (minimum 15 days)
- Services: Case-by-case basis evaluation
- Refund processing time: 5-7 business days
